What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Apply expertise in sales to promote litigation support services, including Electronic Data Discovery and Document Hosting
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying opportunities to upsell services
- Collaborate with Sales Management to align strategies and meet revenue targets
- Conduct outreach to potential clients and manage existing client relationships
- Ensure high customer satisfaction ratings and coordinate project activities with internal teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven track record of sales success in the litigation support/eDiscovery market
- Ability to present a sales brag book demonstrating consistent achievement of quotas and client satisfaction
- Strong networking skills and established connections within the eDiscovery industry
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical details confidently
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
