What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales of litigation support services, including Electronic Data Discovery and Managed Review
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and identify upselling opportunities within their businesses
- Collaborate with Sales Management to align strategies and meet revenue targets
- Conduct sales calls, customer meetings, presentations, and demonstrations
- Manage relationships with existing clients and coordinate project activities with internal teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven track record of sales success within the litigation support/eDiscovery market
- Ability to present a sales brag book showcasing achievements in quotas and client satisfaction
- Strong network and influence within the eDiscovery market
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in presenting complex technical details
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
