What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales of litigation support services including Electronic Data Discovery and Document Hosting/Coding within your territory
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying new upsell opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales Management to align strategies and meet revenue targets
- Conduct sales calls, customer meetings, and presentations to promote services
- Manage existing client accounts while diligently working to achieve high customer satisfaction ratings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven track record of sales success within the litigation support/eDiscovery market
- Ability to produce a sales brag book showcasing achievements in quotas and client satisfaction
- Strong influencing skills and well-connected within the eDiscovery industry
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical details clearly
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
