What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales of litigation support services, including Electronic Data Discovery and Managed Review, in your assigned territory
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying new upselling opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales Management to align strategies and meet revenue targets
- Conduct sales calls, customer meetings, and presentations to potential clients
- Manage existing client relationships while ensuring high customer satisfaction ratings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven track record of success in selling within the litigation support/eDiscovery market
- Ability to present a sales brag book showcasing achievements in quotas and client satisfaction
- Strong connections and influence within the eDiscovery market
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical details confidently
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
