Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated is seeking an Account Developer to drive sales and ensure accurate orders across assigned customers on daily routes. You will sell new products, execute promotions, and coordinate with customers to support revenue and gross margin goals.

You’ll manage promotional plans, optimize order timing, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service while traveling regularly to meet customers and ensure plan execution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Strong communication skills.
• Interest in learning and high initiative.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel up to 90% with mileage.

Responsibilities

• Sell and execute for assigned customers on daily routes and generate sales orders to support revenue and gross profit.
• Execute promotions and new products, and align with LOS initiatives and marketing plans to improve RED scores.
• Maximize efficiency by writing productive orders that meet drop-size goals and align with routing schedules.
• Sell-in contractual agreements, promotions, and distribution principles to customers.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to maximize impact.
• Identify competitive issues or market activities and uphold safety in all duties.
