The role directly contributes to revenue and gross margin through accurate ordering and adherence to commercial plans. The ideal candidate will manage daily routes, execute promotions, and optimize order productivity while maintaining strong communication with customers and internal teams.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is a minimum requirement.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Self-motivation with initiative and willingness to learn.
• Career-minded with a competitive nature.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel 90% market, 10% home office with mileage.

Responsabilidades

• Sell and execute for assigned customers on daily routes and generate sales orders.
• Execute promotions and new products per target lists and LOS initiatives.
• Write productive orders to meet drop size goals while minimizing errors.
• Negotiate and promote contractual agreements, promotions, and product launches.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure successful execution and planning.
• Adhere to safety, routing schedules, and accurate documentation.
