Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated (CCCI) Dayton-based team seeks an Account Developer to drive sales, place orders, and execute promotions with key customers. You will manage assigned routes, generate orders, and support revenue and gross margin through accurate daily submissions.

You will collaborate to implement promotions, LOS initiatives, and in-store programs; travel to customer sites is required to optimize distribution and maximize Right Execution Daily results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; higher education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages, sells, and executes for an assigned group of customers on daily routes and generates sales orders.
• Executes promotions and new products per target lists and LOS initiatives to ensure execution excellence.
• Maximizes operational efficiency by writing productive orders, meeting drop size goals, and ensuring on-time deliveries.
• Sell-in contractual agreements, promotions, and distribution principles with customers.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers to maximize effectiveness.
