Job summary

Crane, a leader in logistics, seeks an account coordinator to manage client communications, invoices, and project status with the account team. You will ensure processes are followed and drive improvements while communicating offerings to clients.

You will report to the Account Manager and provide weekly call reports, trend analysis, and corrective actions. Strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills and excellent communication are required. This full-time role is on-site in Houston.

Qualifications

• BA in Business Administration or four years related experience.
• Experience in client communications and accounts receivable is preferred.
• Ability to implement process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients and resolve conflicts.
• With direction, manage invoices and accounts receivable.
• Coordinate with project team to monitor account status.
• Ensure processes and procedures are followed and seek improvements.
• Communicate offerings to clients clearly.
• Provide weekly status and call reports to the Account Manager.
• Analyze reports and take corrective actions.
