Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a client services administrator in Houston to support daily account activities. You will communicate with clients, resolve conflicts, and assist the Account Manager with invoices and receivables.

You’ll work closely with the project team to monitor account status, ensure processes are followed, and articulate Crane’s service offerings to clients. Regular weekly status calls and reports are part of the role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or better.
• Strong communication skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients and resolve conflicts; inform Account Manager of problems.
• Manage invoices and accounts receivable with guidance from Account Manager.
• Collaborate with project team to monitor account status.
• Ensure processes are followed and seek process improvements.
• Communicate Crane Worldwide Logistics offerings to clients.
• Provide weekly status reports to Account Manager and participate in call reporting.
• Perform report analysis, trending and corrective actions.
