Burberry New York is looking for a Store Supervisor to lead the sales team and drive category performance while delivering the Burberry Experience to every customer. You will coach staff, manage daily operations, and collaborate with the Store Manager on training and performance reviews in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of POS systems and luxury retail operations.
• Strong customer service demeanor with problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication with clients and colleagues.
• Familiarity with Apple iOS devices and related apps.
• 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in retail.

Responsabilités

• Lead sales associates to improve selling skills and achieve KPIs.
• Drive sales for assigned category in collaboration with Store Manager.
• Coach team to deliver the Burberry Experience and brand standards.
• Manage customer flow and ensure exceptional service.
• Coordinate on-floor partnerships between sales, stock, and operations.
• Provide feedback post-transaction and follow up on actions.
• Develop and retain talent through monthly plans and annual reviews.
• Lead onboarding of new joiners and model Burberry behaviors.
• Ensure adherence to store policies and operating procedures.
• Support with opening/closing procedures and security.
