Burberry in Atlanta, GA, seeks a Store Supervisor to oversee daily floor operations and supervise the sales team to ensure exceptional customer experiences and sales goal attainment.

You will coach staff, manage customer flow, and collaborate with specialists, stock, and operations to deliver the Burberry Experience. 1–2 years of supervisory retail experience and familiarity with POS systems and Apple devices are preferred.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of POS system.
• Experience with Apple mobile devices and digital tools.
• 1-2 years supervisory/management experience in retail sales.

Responsabilités

• Supervise, assist and motivate sales associates to deliver high-value customer experiences.
• Partner with associates to improve selling skills and close sales to achieve KPIs.
• Lead a high-performing customer-facing team delivering the Burberry Experience.
• Manage customer flow to ensure no client is left unattended and maintain service standards.
• Drive collaboration between sales, specialists, stock, and operations.
• Provide ongoing coaching and follow-up on actions.
• Develop and retain talent through development plans and performance reviews.
• Lead by example in delivering the Burberry Experience and participate in training.
• Communicate needs to store management and reinforce key Burberry practices.
• Address issues and, when needed, escalate to management; handle post-voids and discounts.
• Support digital in-store experiences and leverage digital tools when face-to-face is not possible.
