Burberry in Cabazon, CA is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the boutique, champion the Brand, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will own the employee experience, coach the team, and ensure luxury standards across operations and Visual Merchandising.

You will be on the shop floor daily, inspiring high performance, recruiting and developing talent, and building strong relationships with customers and the local community.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury brand retail.
• Retail management experience appropriate to the role.
• Fluent in local language plus English.

Responsabilités

• Establish a constant focus on Brand and drive engagement across the store team.
• Be on the shop floor and present as a brand ambassador.
• Monitor, coach and provide feedback to deliver excellent customer experience.
• Maintain a luxury environment with Visual Merchandising guidelines.
• Drive the use of digital assets to enhance customer experience.
• Retain and develop talent; lead and manage a high performing team.
• Recruit, develop and plan succession to elevate store capability.
• Establish a learning culture and connect the team to the Brand.
• Advocate product and maintain strong product knowledge across the store.
• Understand product sales and optimise inventory sales.
• Nurture customer relationships and embed customer-focused behaviours.
• Build long-term customer relationships and lead the team accordingly.
• Drive store performance and productivity; monitor local environment and opportunities.
• Drive operational excellence and ensure compliance with corporate standards.
