Job summary

Burberry Paramus is seeking a Daily Floor Supervisor to oversee the sales team and ensure exceptional Burberry Experiences for every client. The role drives sales performance, coaching, and real-time service excellence on the selling floor.

You will partner with associates to enhance selling skills, manage the customer flow, and maintain brand standards. Previous supervisory retail experience and comfort with digital tools are required.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of POS system.
• 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in retail sales.
• Experience with Apple devices and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, assist and motivate sales associates to consistently deliver high-value experiences on the selling floor to every client; act as a quality-control supervisor.
• Partner with associates to improve selling skills and close sales to achieve sales goals and KPIs.
• Lead a high performing customer-facing and service-oriented team; coach and provide feedback to ensure Burberry Experience is delivered.
