Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to help eliminate barriers to patient access by educating physician offices on billing and coding for client products. You will resolve patient access issues and collaborate with HUB, payer teams, and sales to improve therapy access across multiple sites of care.

You will lead education programs, assist with prior authorizations and appeals, and stay informed on national and regional payer trends. Travel up to 10% and HIPAA compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in a related field or equivalent market experience in Pharma/Healthcare.
• 3+ years in Pharma/Healthcare with specialty products, hubs, payers, or related area.
• Direct experience with specialty dermatology products (preferred).
• Experience with Prior Authorizations, reimbursement billing, coding, and appeals.
• Knowledge of public and private payers, Medicare and Medicaid structures.
• Strong virtual and field reimbursement education experience.

Responsibilities

• Solve patient access issues across HUB, provider offices and client field teams.
• Educate HCP offices on billing and coding for client products and patient support programs.
• Lead onsite education for HCP offices on program rules and payer coverage.
• Guide providers through prior authorization and appeals processes.
• Coordinate with patient support services on cases and claim issues.
• Review billing and coding to avoid reimbursement hurdles across sites of care.
• Support providers with local payer coverage trends and education programs.
• Collaborate with Managed Markets to elevate payer issue awareness.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant operations and SOP adherence.
