Job summary

Valeris seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager to support patient access initiatives across multiple sites of care in the United States. You will educate providers, coordinate with payer teams, and drive reimbursement strategies to improve patient access for specialty medications.

You will travel up to 10% and collaborate with Sales, Managed Markets, and patient support programs to ensure accurate coding, coverage, and timely prior authorizations, while adhering to HIPAA and company policies.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in a related field.
• 3+ years in Pharma/Healthcare with specialty products, hubs, payers, or HCP.
• Strong knowledge of payer policies across public and private payers.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex patient access issues across HUB, provider offices, and client field team.
• Educate HCPs and office staff on patient support programs and reimbursement topics.
• Coordinate with client payer teams, sales, and managed markets to drive access and prior authorizations.
• Lead reimbursement education for HCP offices on codes, coverage, and billing.
