Job summary
Valeris is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to help remove barriers to patient access by guiding healthcare providers on billing, coding, and reimbursement for our clients’ therapies. You will collaborate with sales, payer teams, and HUB services to create strategic reimbursement support and education across sites of care.
With 3+ years in Pharma/Healthcare and strong knowledge of prior authorizations, you will travel up to 10% and lead programs that improve access while ensuring compliance
Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in a related field or equivalent market experience.
- 3+ years in Pharma/Healthcare with specialty products experience.
- Experience with billing, coding, and prior authorizations.
- Knowledge of public and private payer policies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with virtual and field reimbursement support.
Responsibilities
- Resolve patient access issues and educate providers on billing and coding.
- Lead reimbursement education for HCP offices and staff.
- Coordinate with HUB, PAP, and payer teams on patient cases.
- Assist with prior authorizations, reviews, and appeals processes.
- Monitor payer trends and communicate reimbursement concerns to internal teams.
- Support onsite education events and payer coverage reviews.
