Valeris seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager to help patients access therapies by resolving billing and coding barriers across sites of care, coordinating with HUB and provider offices, and educating healthcare teams on reimbursement pathways.

You will lead prior authorization efforts, partner with Sales and Managed Markets, and support education programs while maintaining HIPAA compliance and a willingness to travel up to 10%.

Qualificações

• Associate degree or higher; related field or market experience.
• 3+ years in Pharma/Healthcare with specialty products, hubs, payers or related area.
• Direct experience with specialty dermatology products preferred.
• Practice management, billing and/or coding experience for drugs, biologics, or devices.
• General payer policy knowledge including public and private payers and prior authorization requirements.
• Experience with virtual and field-based reimbursement support and education.

Responsabilidades

• Solve patient access issues by coordinating with Hub, provider offices and client field team.
• Educate offices on Patient Support Programs, billing, coding, and payer requirements.
• Lead onsite education of program rules, payer coverage and J-codes.
• Guide providers through prior authorization and appeals with required documentation.
• Coordinate with patient support services on cases and issue resolution.
• Monitor payer trends and communicate reimbursement concerns to Sales and Managed Markets.
