Valeris is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to eliminate barriers for patients and increase access to therapies. You will educate provider offices on billing and coding, work with HUB and PAP programs, and serve as the SME on medical benefit reimbursement, prior authorizations, and appeals.

You will collaborate with Sales, Managed Markets, and payer teams, and travel up to 10% to support national meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher in a related field or equivalent market experience.
• Experience with payer policies across public and private payers.
• Experience with prior authorizations, billing, coding, and appeals.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct virtual and field reimbursement support and education.
• Strong communication with providers, offices, and client teams.

Responsabilités

• Solve complex patient access issues across hubs, providers, and client field teams.
• Partner with Sales, Payer, Marketing, HCPs, and Specialty Pharmacies to improve reimbursement access.
• Educate HCPs and staff on patient support programs and payer policies.
• Lead onsite education of program rules, payer coverage, and J-codes as needed.
• Manage daily activities to ensure patient access across sites of care.
• Review billing and coding, resolve reimbursement issues, and provide staff education.
• Coordinate with patient support representatives on cases and claims.
