Job summary

Valeris is seeking an experienced reimbursement and access professional to support healthcare providers, patients, and payers across assigned products and geographies. You will educate offices on payer requirements, manage prior authorizations and appeals, and collaborate with HUB services, field teams, and market access to improve patient access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; relevant professional experience may substitute.
• 3+ years in field reimbursement, patient access, market access, or related healthcare role.
• Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement processes and payer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as reimbursement/resource for providers across products and geographies.
• Provide proactive virtual reimbursement support and identify accounts needing live field engagement.
• Conduct targeted in-person visits based on reimbursement complexity and access needs.
• Educate provider offices on payer requirements, prior authorizations, appeals, and access pathways.
• Assist offices in understanding billing, coding, and reimbursement processes.
• Document FRM activities accurately in CRM and related platforms.
• Collaborate with HUB, case management, specialty pharmacies, and sales teams while maintaining boundaries.
