Valeris is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to expand patient access to therapies across multiple sites of care. You will resolve reimbursement barriers, educate provider offices on billing and coding, and work with Hub teams, payer partners, and managed markets to optimize coverage.

You will lead education programs, support strategic reimbursement initiatives, and travel up to 10% to national meetings and trainings while adhering to company policies and maintaining data confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in a related field or equivalent market experience.
• Experience with drugs, biologics, or devices reimbursement processes.
• Knowledge of public and private payer policies, including Medicare and Medicaid.
• Ability to conduct virtual and field reimbursement support and training.
• Familiarity with Prior Authorizations, billing, coding, and appeals.

Responsabilités

• Resolve patient access issues across Hub and provider offices.
• Educate HCP offices on billing and coding for client’s products.
• Collaborate with Sales, Payer Teams, and Managed Markets to improve access.
• Lead reimbursement education and on-site trainings for office staff.
• Manage daily activities to support patient access across sites of care.
• Review billing and coding, assist with reimbursement hurdles.
• Coordinate with patient support programs and payer education.
• Perform policy surveillance across regional payers for coverage and payment.
• Travel up to 10% for national meetings and trainings.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to corporate policies.
