Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to reduce patient access barriers by educating providers on billing, coding, and reimbursement for client therapies. This role partners with Sales, Payer, and HCP teams across multiple sites to improve patient access and navigate prior authorizations and appeals.

You will lead regional educational outreach, ensure compliance with HIPAA, and support HUB reimbursement services to clinics and offices. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Pharma/Healthcare industry; experience with hubs, payers, HCP or related area.
• Direct experience with specialty dermatology products preferred.
• Must have practice management, billing and/or coding experience for drugs, biologicals, or devices.
• Knowledge of public and private payer policies and POS of reimbursement processes.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex patient access issues by coordinating across hubs and provider offices.
• Educate offices on patient support programs and payer coverage rules.
• Lead onsite education of program business rules and reimbursement topics.
• Guide providers through prior authorization and appeals with required documentation.
• Review billing and coding to avoid future reimbursement hurdles.
• Coordinate with patient support services representatives on cases.
