Valeris is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to enhance patient access to therapies by navigating payer policies, prior authorizations, and reimbursement processes. You will educate healthcare providers, coordinate with hub and patient support services, and work across Sales, Managed Markets, and third-party vendors.

Travel up to 10% is required. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in pharma/healthcare with specialty products and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Pharma/Healthcare industry; working with specialty products, hubs, payers or related area
• Must have practice management, billing and/or coding experience for drugs, biologicals, or devices
• Knowledge of public and private payer policies and prior authorization requirements
• Experience with billing, coding, and appeals processes
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Responsabilités

• Resolve patient access issues by collaborating with Hub, provider offices and client field team
• Educate HCP offices on billing, coding, and reimbursement programs
• Lead onsite education of program rules and payer coverage
• Guide providers through prior authorization and appeals processes
• Coordinate with patient support and reimbursement program staff to resolve cases
• Monitor payer trends and ensure compliant reimbursement practices
• Communicate reimbursement issues with Sales and Managed Markets teams
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and adhere to SOPs and BRDs
