Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to help remove patient access barriers by educating provider offices on billing, coding, and reimbursement across HUBs and third-party partners. You will work with Sales, Payer and Managed Markets teams to optimize coverage for patient therapies.

Role requires 3+ years in Pharma/Healthcare with specialty products and strong knowledge of payer policies, prior authorizations, and reimbursement processes; travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Pharma/Healthcare with specialty products, hubs or payers.
• Experience with practice management, billing and/or coding for drugs/biologics/devices.
• Knowledge of commercial payer, Medicare and Medicaid structures and processes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Solve patient access issues across hubs and provider offices.
• Educate offices on billing, coding and patient support programs.
• Lead onsite education of program rules and payer coverage.
• Guide providers through prior authorization and appeals processes.
• Coordinate with patient support services and relevant vendors.
• Monitor payer trends and communicate reimbursement concerns internally.
