Job summary

Syneos Health/ inVentiv Health Commercial LLC is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager for a remote/field-based role within a defined territory. You will serve as the expert on reimbursement, access, and coverage to facilitate patient access and educate HCP offices and field teams.

The role requires at least a Bachelor's degree (or 4+ years of related experience) and 3+ years in reimbursement. Travel to healthcare accounts is required; hub coordination and cross-functional collaboration are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years in sales, healthcare, scientific, marketing or military experience.
• Minimum three years' experience in public or private third party reimbursement.
• Experience with hubs and payer coverage/billing issues preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze access and reimbursement issues for client products.
• Provide education on access/reimbursement to HCP offices and field teams.
• Coordinate on access issues with hubs and third parties.
• Educate and update HCPs on payer coverage changes.
• Support patient access with subject matter expertise on payer issues.
• Attend national and regional meetings.
