Job summary

Syneos Health in Philadelphia, PA, seeks an Access & Reimbursement Manager (ARM), a remote/field-based expert to educate accounts on reimbursement and coverage to ensure patient access. You will analyze payer issues, coordinate with hubs and field teams, and support patient access initiatives across the region.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years in related fields and at least 3 years in reimbursement, with travel to accounts as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years professional sales, healthcare, scientific, marketing or military experience.
• Minimum three years’ experience in public or private third party reimbursement arenas.
• Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension or cardiology/pulmonology experience preferred.
• Experience with hubs and payer issues (billing, coding, appeals).
• Knowledge of commercial payers, Medicare, and Medicaid in the region.

Responsibilities

• Analyze access/reimbursement issues and determine solutions.
• Educate HCP offices on product access and reimbursement processes.
• Provide reimbursement education to field teams and accounts.
• Coordinate with hubs on patient access and enrollment.
• Advise on payer coverage and changes impacting patient access.
• Travel locally/nationally to assigned healthcare accounts.
