Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer for night shifts to support on-site security at customer construction sites. You will manage worker registration, badging, parking, visitors and deliveries, and provide hands-on support as needed.

This role requires constant professionalism, strong attention to detail, a proactive approach, and willingness to adapt to changing schedules and locations. In-person work at multiple sites may be required, with occasional travel across the United States;

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required licensing
• Ability to pass drug screen, background check
• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and colleagues
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic environment
• Ability to follow detailed instructions in English
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English
• Adaptable, flexible, proactive in taking on more responsibility

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor and manage access control compliance for everyone who enters and leaves the site.
• Ensure badges are scanned to verify identity and maintain headcount records.
• Provide parking passes and monitor parking pass compliance.
• Document all visitors and deliveries and create written records for the customer.
• Provide support in all areas of access control including tech troubleshooting, logs, and parking management.
• Assist with ad-hoc access control responsibilities to support customers.
