Sitemetric is hiring an Access Control Officer for full-time morning shifts at Sterling, VA. The role focuses on worker registration, badging, and managing access on customer construction sites.

You will coordinate with leadership, ensure site security, and support visitors and deliveries with precise documentation. We require 2+ years of high-intensity customer service, strong English communication, and the ability to work a shift-based schedule with travel to local job sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure and variable hours
• Ability to follow detailed English SOPs
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English
• Adaptable and proactive in supporting customers and team on-site
• Willingness to travel to multiple Sitemetric jobsites as needed

Responsibilities

• Worker registration and badging; ensuring site access control compliance
• Manage parking passes and monitor parking pass compliance
• Document visitors and deliveries and maintain logs
• Provide on-site access control support and tech troubleshooting as needed
• Ad hoc access control duties to support customers and team across sites
