Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer to join its on-the-ground team in Sidney, OH. The role focuses on worker registration, badging, parking, and visitor management at customer construction sites, with an emphasis on safety and quality service.

Field-based, requires in-person work at one or more sites, and travel may be needed across the United States. Valid Guard Card and flexibility to work varying shifts are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience
• Ability to obtain required licensing
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control compliance
• Badging Compliance: verify badges and scan entries
• Parking Management: issue parking passes and monitor compliance
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control and troubleshooting
• Ad hoc access control tasks to support customers
