Job summary

ASSA ABLOY is seeking a Field Sales Engineer to drive the selling of EM and EAC door opening solutions in the North Texas region. The role requires strong collaboration with channel partners and internal teams to deploy integrations and drive territory growth.

You will train integrators, conduct site surveys, and manage ongoing deployments while maintaining a focus on customer success and cross-functional teamwork. A degree in a related field and 2–3 years of field sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of industry-related field sales experience with EM/EAC/EMAC products and systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Experience using CRM tools for sales and activity reporting
• Working knowledge of industry-related software is a plus

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell ASSA ABLOY EM and EAC products in the North Texas territory
• Train and support channel partners, integrators, and internal staff
• Support deployments, site surveys, and installations with live integrations to EAC systems
• Collaborate on plans to increase sales and territory growth
• Troubleshoot EM/EAC product issues in coordination with integrators
