Job summary

ASSA ABLOY seeks a Field Sales Engineer to support the North Texas territory, promoting electromechanical and electronic access control solutions. You will train integrators, support deployments, and drive channel sales while collaborating with electrical contractors and end users.

Qualifications

College/University degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
2–3 years of industry-related field sales experience with EM/EAC products.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Familiarity with industry-related software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Promote and sell ASSA ABLOY EM and EAC products in a team-selling environment.
Certify integrators’ sales, installation, and support capabilities through training.
Train channel and internal personnel; support deployments and trial installations.
Develop plans to increase sales in the assigned territory and coordinate with contractors.
Create wiring diagrams and participate in installation meetings with stakeholders.
Troubleshoot product-related issues in collaboration with integrators.
