Job summary

ASSA ABLOY is seeking a Field Sales Engineer to drive sales of electromechanical and electronic access control solutions within a Florida territory. The role requires strong collaboration with integrators, ability to train partners, and hands-on deployment support across sites.

You will analyze specifications, develop wiring diagrams, and attend installation meetings while maintaining a high level of customer engagement and product expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with industry-related experience preferred.
• 2–3 years of field sales experience in EM/EAC products.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support local territory efforts to promote and sell EM/EAC products.
• Train and support channel partners and internal personnel.
• Coordinate deployments, site surveys, and tests with integrators and end users.
• Collaborate on territory growth plans and sales strategies.
• Troubleshoot product-related issues in collaboration with integrators.
