Job summary

ASSA ABLOY is seeking a Field Sales Engineer to support local territory efforts promoting EM and EAC products in North Texas. You will be the go-to expert for applications, technology, installation, and deployment, coordinating with integrators and end users to drive successful deployments.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to work independently or in a team, with travel as needed and a focus on customer success and sales growth.

Qualifications

• College/University degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of field sales experience with EM/EAC/EMAC products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel as required by customers.

Responsibilities

• Certify integrators’ sales, installation, and support capabilities through hands-on product training and assessments.
• Train and support the channel, influencers, and internal personnel.
• Facilitate deployments of product test beds and trial installations with live integration into EAC systems.
• Collaborate on plans to increase sales in the assigned territory.
• Develop wiring diagrams and represent ASSA ABLOY in installation meetings with contractors.
