Job summary

Sage is seeking an Account Representative to grow our US College footprint from our Thousand Oaks, CA office in a hybrid role. You will perform structured virtual, video, and phone-based sales calls, demonstrate Sage products, and build relationships with faculty to drive new business and renewals.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of sales experience, a hunter mentality, and strong technology demonstration skills, with proficiency in MS Office and CRM usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with evidence of high academic achievement.
• 1 to 3 years sales experience required, with a persuasive, strategic demeanor.
• Hunter mentality, self-reliant and goal-oriented.
• Proficient in PC environment with Word, Excel, databases and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Make 75–100 daily outbound calls during peak selling seasons.
• Conduct virtual/video and telephone sales calls to demonstrate Sage products.
• Build relationships with faculty and other customers to generate new business and renewals.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and manage the territory pipeline.
• Attend bi-annual sales meetings and occasional strategic account visits.
