Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a skilled absence management specialist to coordinate client absence programs and support benefits administration. You will liaise with HR, employees, and providers to resolve escalated issues and improve program effectiveness.

Strong communication and analytical skills are essential in this role based in Oregon. You will maintain accurate records, support training, and help prepare management reports while ensuring compliance with laws and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate absence program activities for assigned client.
• Assist Benefits Program Manager and support surveys and trainings.
• Prepare reports and assist in program administration.
• Maintain records and monitor client satisfaction and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and program procedures.
• Support client training and benefits fairs as needed.
