Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; licenses/certifications may be required.
• Eight (8) years claims management experience with two (2) years supervisory experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees internal quality review process and reports monthly; ensures compliance with client controls and audit requirements.
• Establishes business plans with goals and objectives for assigned clients; ensures policies are followed to meet service standards.
• Oversees staffing, training needs, and performance development; manages budget preparation and P&L; supports multiple client engagements.
• Travels as required and administers company personnel policies in all areas; provides guidance and motivation to maximize performance.
