Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking an Absence Advocate to join the Absence & Accommodations team. You will manage leave and accommodation cases across North America, collaborating with TPAs, HR partners, and stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant outcomes.

The role supports FMLA, ADA, PWFA, Workers' Compensation, and related benefits transitions, with travel up to 15% and option for 100% remote work outside of Atlanta. Candidates in ET/CT time zones preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, healthcare administration, business mgmt, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in absence management or accommodations
• Strong knowledge of FMLA and ADA concepts
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems

Responsibilities

• Manage and support approximately 100 active leave and accommodation cases concurrently
• Coordinate with TPAs, HR Business Partners, and stakeholders throughout case lifecycle
• Support administration of FMLA, ADA, PWFA, Workers' Comp, and related leaves
• Monitor FMLA lifecycle and coordinate with TPAs for timely resolutions
• Handle inbound/outbound communications via phone, chat, and email
• Coordinate ADA and PWFA accommodations with cross-functional teams
