Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking an Absence Advocate to join our Absence & Accommodations team. This role provides expert administration of absence and accommodation cases, supporting FMLA, ADA, PWFA, and workers' compensation across North America.

The position partners with TPAs, HR Business Partners, and stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant case management, with a focus on employee advocacy throughout the lifecycle. Hybrid work is offered with Atlanta as preferred location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related experience in absence/leave management or accommodations.
• Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, PWFA, and disability programs.
• Proficiency with HRIS and leave/case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support ~100 active leave and accommodation cases concurrently.
• Coordinate with TPAs, HR partners, and stakeholders for compliant case management.
• Monitor FMLA lifecycle and return-to-work processes across the U.S. and Canada.
• Handle communications via phone, chat, and email with SLAs and escalation when needed.
• Analyze case trends and contribute to dashboards and reporting tools.
