Job summary

Cox Automotive in Atlanta, GA (hybrid) is seeking an Absence Advocate to lead day-to-day administration of absence and accommodation cases across North America.

You will partner with TPAs, HR Business Partners, and stakeholders to manage FMLA, ADA, PWFA, Workers' Comp, and related benefits transitions while ensuring timely, compliant case handling and an employee-centered experience across the US and Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, healthcare administration, business management, or related discipline.
• Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, PWFA, and related leave regulations and processes.
• Experience with HRIS, leave, and case management systems.
• Strong communication and confidentiality with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage approximately 100 active leave and accommodation cases concurrently.
• Collaborate with TPAs, HR Business Partners, and stakeholders to ensure compliant case management.
• Support case administration for FMLA, ADA, PWFA, Workers' Comp, and related benefits transitions across NA.
• Coordinate communications and provide case updates via phone, email, and chat.
• Escalate complex, high-risk cases to ensure timely resolution and employee advocacy.
