You will partner with TPAs, HR Business Partners, and stakeholders to administer FMLA, ADA, PWFA, workers' compensation, and related benefits transitions, while ensuring compliant processes and a strong employee experience. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in HR/health administration or related field, with 2 years of absence management experience.
• Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, PWFA, and workers' compensation processes.
• Experience with HRIS and leave/case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage ~100 active leave and accommodation cases concurrently.
• Coordinate with TPAs, HR Partners, and stakeholders throughout case lifecycles.
• Support US/Canada employees, ensuring compliant, timely case progression.
• Escalate complex cases to leadership when needed.
• Maintain documentation and communications per SLA.
