Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, healthcare administration, business management, or related discipline and 2 years of related experience in absence management, leave administration, or accommodations.
• Strong knowledge of self-funded and fully insured disability programs and ERISA guidelines.
• Experience with FMLA, ADA, PWFA, and related leaves and accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support approximately 100 active leave and accommodation cases concurrently.
• Coordinate with TPAs, HR Business Partners, and stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant case management.
• Support FMLA, ADA, PWFA, and Workers' Compensation administrative processes across US and Canada.
