Job summary

Together AI is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to build and scale account-based field and in-person community programs across priority markets. You will develop the ABM event strategy, own end-to-end execution, and collaborate closely with Sales, DevRel, Research, Product Marketing, and Engineering to deliver high-impact community events.

The role emphasizes strategic planning with exceptional execution, including venue selection, agenda shaping, vendor management, and attendee experience.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, ABM, or related B2B technology marketing role.
• Experience creating community or experiential programs for technical audiences.
• Strong project management and the ability to independently manage multiple complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute ABM event strategy aligned to priority segments, accounts, pipeline goals, and sales priorities.
• Own programs end-to-end from concept development to attendance, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up.
• Build repeatable account-based field programs across priority accounts and regions.
• Partner with Sales to identify accounts, stakeholders, and moments in the buying cycle for each program.
• Partner with Marketing Ops, Demand Gen, and Sales to track programs through Salesforce and event technology stacks.
• Travel up to 30–40% based on event schedules, including international travel.
