Qualifications
- BA/BS degree required; related licenses may be required.
- 3+ years of experience in credit delivery or related finance roles.
- Strong financial analysis, modeling and presentation skills; ability to distill complex data.
Responsibilities
- Support senior ABL Structuring and Asset Management teams in underwriting and closing transactions.
- Develop deep ABL subject matter expertise and apply knowledge to value-added ideas.
- Demonstrate strong technical analysis and risk assessment across portfolios.
- Mentor junior teammates and uphold risk/compliance policies.
- Coordinate with originations, legal, compliance and risk partners for seamless execution.
- Support a One Team approach with cross-functional collaboration.
- Demonstrate Truist culture and values.
