Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree; 11–15 years of related work experience.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functional areas to resolve complex issues.
• Strong interpersonal skills fostering teamwork, trust, creativity and accountability.
• Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and insightfully.

Responsibilities

• Manage/mitigate credit risk of ABL portfolio transactions.
• Prepare amendment memos, trend cards, and problem loan reports; maintain risk ratings and credit files.
• Understand and adhere to Truist policies, processes and regulatory requirements.
• Restructure and manage problem loans with input from risk partners.
• Coordinate with originations, structuring, legal, compliance and risk partners to align objectives.
• Develop junior talent and demonstrate Truist culture and values.
