Job summary

Truist is seeking a senior professional to manage a portfolio of Asset Based Lending (ABL) transactions, overseeing credit quality, collateral monitoring and risk mitigation. You will work closely with Truist clients to meet needs and maintain risk tolerances, communicating clearly with internal teams to achieve revenue and financial objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate across functions.
• Ability to clearly articulate risk and credit considerations.
• Experience in structuring, underwriting and monitoring credit portfolios.
• Knowledge of industry drivers, product positioning, structuring and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Manage/mitigate credit risk of ABL portfolio transactions.
• Prepare on-time amendment memos, trend cards, and problem loan reports with accurate credit files.
• Adhere to Truist policies, processes and regulatory requirements.
• Restructure and manage problem loans with input from risk partners.
• Manage ABL credit, operational and market risk within approved risk tolerance.
• Collaborate with origination, structuring, legal, compliance and risk partners to meet objectives.
• Develop junior talent and exemplify Truist culture and values.
