Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree
• Licenses: Series 79; Series 63; SIE
• 3+ years of related work experience
• Strong technical skills including financial analysis, modeling, presentation
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of adaptability and time management skills
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functional areas to facilitate execution
• Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• MBA degree, with Finance focus
• Prior experience as analyst in financial institution

Responsibilities

• Support senior ABL Structuring and Asset Management Teammates underwriting and closing ABL transactions and ABL portfolio management responsibilities, respectively, with the goal of ultimately taking full ownership of assigned opportunities.
• Develop deep ABL subject matter expertise and apply knowledge into value added ideas.
• Demonstrate strong technical skills, thorough qualitative and quantitative analysis; identify and quantify risk.
• Mentor and develop analyst teammates.
• Adhere to risk/compliance policies and guidelines.
• Work with originations, legal, compliance, risk and operations partners to align strategic objectives, share market knowledge, and facilitate seamless execution in a One Team approach.
