Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Licenses: Series 79; Series 63; SIE.
• 3+ years of related work experience.
• Strong financial analysis, modeling, and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• High adaptability with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functional areas to facilitate execution.

Responsibilities

• Support senior ABL Structuring and Asset Management teammates underwriting and closing ABL transactions and portfolio management responsibilities.
• Develop deep ABL subject matter expertise and apply knowledge into value-added ideas.
• Demonstrate strong technical skills, thorough qualitative and quantitative analysis; identify and quantify risk.
• Mentor and develop analyst teammates.
• Adhere to risk/compliance policies and guidelines.
• Work with originations, legal, compliance, risk and operations partners to align strategic objectives and facilitate seamless execution.
