Job summary

Truist is seeking a senior leader to head the ABL Credit Delivery team in New York. You will structure and underwrite transactions, manage risk, and mentor team leaders to ensure disciplined underwriting and close collaboration with partners.

The role requires deep credit expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive performance across a high‑stakes portfolio in a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred.
• Series 79 or 63 licenses.
• 15+ years in related work experience.
• Expertise in industry drivers, product positioning, and risk mitigation.
• Ability to collaborate across functions to resolve complex issues.
• Proven leadership and talent development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead underwriter and analyst teams in executing new ABL transactions.
• Attract, retain and develop top credit professionals.
• Drive deep qualitative and quantitative analysis to balance client needs with risk appetite.
• Guide structuring and negotiation of legal documents.
• Communicate and ensure compliance with risk policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with originations, portfolio management, legal, compliance and risk partners.
