Job summary

Truist in Charlotte, NC is seeking a senior credit professional to manage a portfolio of Asset Based Lending (ABL) transactions, focusing on credit quality, collateral monitoring and financial analysis to mitigate risk.

You will work with originations, structuring, legal and risk partners to align objectives and drive revenue, while supervising junior team members and ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 7-11 years of related work experience.
• Strong technical skills, including financial analysis and modeling.
• Analytical skills to distill complex data into issues.
• Collaborative across functions to achieve objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage/mitigate credit risk of ABL portfolio transactions.
• Prepare amendment memos, trend cards, and problem loan reports; maintain risk ratings and credit files.
• Review collateral diligence and regulatory requirements.
• Adhere to Truist policies and regulatory requirements.
• Restructure and manage problem loans with risk partners.
• Coordinate with originations, structuring, legal, compliance and risk teams.
• Develop junior talent and demonstrate Truist culture and values.
