Truist is seeking an experienced professional to manage a portfolio of Asset Based Lending (ABL) transactions, focusing on credit quality, collateral monitoring, and risk mitigation while ensuring compliance. You will work with Truist clients to monitor portfolios and collaborate with risk, legal, and origination teams to meet financial objectives.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 7–11 years of related work experience.
• Strong technical skills including financial analysis and modeling.
• Demonstrated ability to distill complex data into concise issues.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage/mitigate credit risk of ABL portfolio transactions.
• Prepare amendment memos, trend cards, and problem loan reports; maintain risk ratings and files.
• Adhere to Truist policies, processes, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Restructure and manage problem loans with risk partner input.
• Manage ABL credit, operational and market risk within risk tolerances.
• Collaborate with originations, structuring, legal, compliance and risk teams.
• Mentor junior talent and exemplify Truist values.
