Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-12 at our center. You will implement behavior plans, collect data, and document progress under supervision, while engaging families to support client goals.

The role emphasizes collaboration, ongoing training, and a pathway toward BCBA or leadership tracks, with comprehensive benefits and a focus on growth within a pediatric therapy environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with children or in related settings is preferred.
• Ability to follow ABA therapy guidelines and partner with supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-12.
• Follow prescribed skill acquisition and behavior support plans.
• Collect data and write therapy notes for sessions.
• Communicate progress with parents/caregivers under supervision.
• Assist in preparing and organizing client materials and spaces.
• Participate in required trainings and maintain knowledge of BACB guidelines.
